We want to inform you about a change to our update schedule.
Due to costs associated with producing, testing, and delivery of the monthly updates, we are transitioning to a quarterly update schedule. This means the next BSMGR update CD will be sent out in early October, followed by updates in early January, April, and July.
This change does not mean you will be without updates. You will continue to be able to automatically download database updates, new product images, new music samples, and critical updates daily by using the nightly update routine built into our SCHEDULE program.
If you already receive the nightly updates, no action is required to continue this process. If you do not receive nightly updates please contact our support team to get this function activated. Simply click the “Tech Support Information” button at the bottom of the menu screen and select “Request a call from Tech Support” to notify our support team that you need help with this or other aspects of your system.
In addition, we will continue to make Munce catalog data available, sending out an email with a download link whenever new files are ready.
