Our office will be closed on Monday, May 27^th in honor of Memorial Day. However, our weekend emergency support number will be monitored from 9 AM until 6 PM (Central) on Monday for critical issues, such as an inability to perform sales or burn discs from QBS. That number is (325) 669-2381. Leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

Weekend emergency support will also be available on Saturday and Sunday like normal.

Non-emergency calls from Saturday, Sunday and Monday will be returned during normal business hours on Tuesday, May 28^th.

If you are sending the Munce 2019 Summer Sale Catalog, please download and process the data file that will prepare your inventory.

Download the Zipped catalog data files by clicking here.
When the download completes, open the Zip file and extract/copy the files to your BOOK folder.
In BSMGR, run “IVPROMO” at the Enter Program Name prompt.
At the “Enter File Name” prompt, type the file name that matches which one you are sending out (see below), then click the OK button.
If you selected a flexible date file, you will be prompted for the start and end dates of the sale.
Any products that are in the catalog and not in your inventory will open the IVM “Add” screen. Add the missing product(s) to your inventory. The catalog’s promo code, start date, end date, and sale price will be set for all the products in the catalog.
If IVPROMO doesn’t do anything, make sure you copied/extracted the files from the current MunceCatalog.zip file to your BOOK folder.
