2014 Users Meeting Webinar
We have already had a wonderful response to the Users Meeting invitation! We also received some great questions about the webinar.
1) How much does the users meeting webinar cost to attend?
There is no charge from us for the event, but it does require Internet access. You are responsible for any applicable Internet access charges on your end.
2) How long do you expect the webinar/meeting to last?
The prepared portion will be about 30 minutes. We will follow that with a Question and Answer (Q&A) session. We anticipate being finished within an hour but plan on continuing until the questions stop.
3) Do I have to be in front of my computer with BSMGR to participate/benefit from the presentation?
No. We are going to cover the program enhancements we’ve been working on for the past year. Only a few test stores have the new version and will be able to see what we are demonstrating. The intent is to inform you of what you will see (and benefit from) very soon. In fact, the first full batch of version 8.0 upgrade discs (for 100 stores) is being mailed out this week.
4) Can I join in from my phone or tablet?
The webinar will use a Google Hangout. If your phone or tablet supports Google Hangouts, then you can particpate in the users meeting from that device. However, your best experience will probably be from a computer so you don’t have to worry about your battery runnning down. Plus, the larger monitor with your computer will make it easier to see the screens being shared during the presentation.
5) What if I have a conflict and can’t attend? Will it be recorded so I can watch it later?
Yes! The users meeting will be recorded. Please sign up for the webinar. Once the event concludes, the recording will be pushed into the cloud. When it is ready to view, a link will automatically be sent to everyone that registered (whether you attend the live event or not). Obviously, we can only address questions for the users meeting from people that attend, so we hope to “see” you there!
