As always, we will provide free training at the show – scheduled from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM on Sunday morning (Aug 6th).

We continue working to provide improvements that help make things easier for you. Here’s a short list highlighting a few things recently added…
- Automatically add a “Convenience Fee” to credit card transaction
- Added support for SFTP (for changes made by Ingram for electronic ordering)
- We’ve had support for sending emails using Google’s OAUTH (Gmail) for a few years. We recently added support for Microsoft’s OATH for sending emails using Office 365/Outlook.
- Food Labels (1″ x 1″)
- Jewelry (barbell-shaped) labels
Plus, we are doing our final testing on sending text messages directly from within BSMGR to your customers. Our initial thoughts are that it would be useful for special order notifications, texting receipts, and maybe notifying cafe customers that their order is ready to be picked up. We’d love to hear some feedback from you on how integrated texting would help you better serve your customers.
